Concept: Oronia Zero

The concept for Oronia Zero is generally complete, It is a 2d action adventure game, with a central hub, 12 (or so) levels, and a small, cupable number of bosses.

I have to get an idea of how often I'll be able to work on the game itself, considering that I am a working man with a rather taxing job and a lot of hobbies, I would likely need to allot time during weekends or at least spend 1 to 2 hours a day working on Oronia. Every little bit counts amirite?

Oronia Zero takes place in a psuedo ethereal fantasy world that spans multiple eras, only, in this entry, it's left in stasis. A world beyond time and dimension, as it were.

"A world that has already ended ; A world on the cusp of it's beginning."

"If only you would remember the name..."

Now Zero in particular is itself in an interesting position - It can either be the first part in the series, or the last, both metaphorically and literally.

Zero by design was conceptualized after I had thought up a sort of series called 'Oronia'. As I went along, making story arcs for this series, I realized.

It's kind of long. And I haven't made one game yet, let alone multiple, so...

Ahem.
How about I make a game that hypothetically represents the entire series.
So that I wouldn't exactly regret things should my little project fail to come to fruition.

And thus began the thought crafting of Oronia:Infinity, Oronia:Minus, Ariono, Oronia.... Zero.

Here's some artwork and spritework from development collected over the course of two years that may or may not be used in the game.

As I said, this will either be the first game I make in the project, or the last game I make in the project, or, will simply not exist at all, so don't expect too much out of this unless I start announcing things.
I would love to abandon everything and just work on Oronia but I'm not exactly in the position to do so.

The cusp of existing. Yet still so very far...
Wish me luck. I'll try not to disappoint myself.
